RavenVolt Inc, An ABM Company, is seeking a Director of Sales, Behind-the-Meter (BTM), to drive revenue growth and market expansion for its distributed energy solutions including microgrids, energy storage, and electrification systems. The role blends strategic account leadership with hands-on sales execution across commercial, industrial, and critical infrastructure customers.

Formación

• 5-7+ years of progressive sales experience in energy, utilities, power systems, or distributed energy resources.
• Experience selling complex technical or energy infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with behind-the-meter energy solutions such as microgrids, distributed generation, and energy storage.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and support national BTM sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Drive new business development across priority verticals including commercial, industrial, healthcare, data centers, and critical infrastructure markets.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from qualification through proposal development and contract execution.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers and key decision-makers.
• Develop account growth strategies and multi-year pipeline planning aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and grow strategic accounts while identifying opportunities to expand share of wallet.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful project delivery.
