Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in West Bloomfield, MI. This part-time, center-based or in-home role focuses on one-to-one ABA therapy with children and provides flexible scheduling and local caseloads.

You will work under a supervising BCBA, track progress in real time, and collaborate with families to reinforce skills at home. Akoya supports RBT certification and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or be eligible with Akoya support.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
• 40-hour RBT coursework completed (compliant with 2026 requirements).

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills.
• Accurately track data and progress in real-time.
• Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training.
