Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health in Grand Rapids, MI, is hiring a part-time RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism, follow plans from your supervising BCBA, and track progress.

We provide comprehensive training, RBT certification support, mileage reimbursement, and a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

What You'll Do:

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

• Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA

• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills

• Accurately track data and progress in real-time

• Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments

• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home

• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training

Scheduling & Compensation

• $18- $23/hourdepending on qualifications and market

• Work close to home; we serve families throughoutGrand Rapids and surrounding areas
