Part-Time 4:15PM - 8:15PM

At Akoya Behavioral Health, we're looking for caring, dependable people to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
As a BT/RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism, helping them learn new skills, build confidence, and become more independent.
Some days you'll celebrate big milestones. Other days, you'll be working through challenges together. Either way, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in a child's day.
Already an RBT? Great! No ABA experience? That's okay, too. We provide training, certification support, and ongoing guidance from our clinical team.
This is a hands-on role, and no two days look exactly the same. You'll spend your time working directly with children in their homes or at one of our centers.
You might spend your day:
It's an active job that requires patience, flexibility, and a willingness to learn. But it's also a job where you get to see the impact of your work firsthand.
We know that working with children can be both rewarding and challenging. We want our team members to have the training, support, and opportunities they need to feel confident in their roles.
Here’s what we offer:
Whether you're looking for a part-time position or hoping to build a long-term career in ABA, there are opportunities to grow at Akoya.
If you're new to the field, we'll help you learn the basics and work toward becoming an RBT.
If you’re already certified, you can continue developing your clinical skills, explore leadership opportunities, or gain experience as you work toward becoming a BCBA.
We want our team members to continue learning and growing throughout their time with us.
Experience in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field is helpful, but not required.
Akoya Behavioral Health is a clinician-owned ABA provider serving children and families throughout Michigan. With over 20 years of experience, we provide individualized therapy in homes and centers.
Our team includes Behavior Technicians, RBTs, BCBAs, and other professionals who work together to help children learn and grow.
We're proud of the work we do, and we're always looking for good people to join us.
