Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for Holland and Grand Rapids, MI. This part-time, in-home role involves delivering ABA-based interventions 1:1 with children with autism under supervision, following individualized treatment plans, and tracking progress in real time.

You’ll gain comprehensive RBT certification support, mentoring, and a clear path toward BCBA mentorship while enjoying mileage reimbursement and local caseloads to minimize commuting.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Certificate of completion for the 40 hour RBT coursework (2026 requirements).

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA.
• Follow treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills.
• Accurately track data and progress in real-time.
• Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training.

Scheduling & Compensation
