Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in Southfield, MI, in clinic and home settings. You will deliver 1:1 ABA services, follow BCBA-provided plans, and contribute to skill development while collaborating with families and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Completion of the 40-hour RBT coursework is required or in-progress.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain RBT certification support.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

• Competitive pay:$18-$23/hour, based on experience and location

• Flexible schedules: Choose from morning, afternoon, or early evening shifts

What You’ll Do:

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

• Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA

• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills

• Accurately track data and progress in real-time

• Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments

• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home

• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training

Scheduling & Compensation

• $18-$23/hourdepending on qualifications and market

• Work close to home; we serve families throughoutSouthfield and surrounding areas
