Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health in Sterling Heights, MI is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for evening in-home sessions (4:15–8:15 PM). Earn $18–$23/hour, with certification support and training.

You’ll work 1:1 with children with autism, follow BCBA plans, track progress in real time, and collaborate with families while gaining ongoing clinical training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Have your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or are ready to get it—we’ll help!)
• Enjoy working with children and making a lasting impact
• Are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Can pass a background check
• Have a certificate of completion for the 40 hour RBT coursework, compliant with 2026 Requirements, we assist with training.
• Bonus if you have: experience in ABA, education, childcare, or psychology-related fields

Responsibilities
