Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health seeks a part-time, in-home Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children with autism in Holland, MI and surrounding area.

You’ll implement ABA-based activities, follow plans from a supervising BCBA, track progress in real time, and partner with families to reinforce skills at home.

This role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, RBT certification support, and a clear promotion path toward BCBA mentorship.

Qualifications

• RBT coursework certificate (40-hour) required per 2026 requirements.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA.
• Follow treatment plans created by supervising BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills.
• Accurately track data and progress in real-time.
• Provide support in home and in clinical settings.
• Collaborate with parents to reinforce skills at home.

• Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills
• Accurately track data and progress in real-time
• Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments
• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training
