Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Grand Rapids, MI and surrounding areas. This part-time, in-home role offers meaningful work 1:1 with children on the autism spectrum, under supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Must have or be eligible for RBT certification (40-hour coursework).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Certificate of completion for the 40 hour RBT coursework, compliant with 2026 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by supervising BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills.
• Accurately track data and progress in real-time.
• Provide support in structured settings and natural environments.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training.
