Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in Detroit, MI. You will support children with autism 1:1, following BCBA-created plans, and track progress in real-time.

Training and RBT certification are provided, with options for center-based or in-home settings and flexible shifts. We offer competitive pay and mileage reimbursement, with full-time and part-time roles available (minimum 15 hours/week).

Qualifications

• No prior ABA experience required; training and RBT certification provided.
• Must pass background check and onboarding.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum 15 hours/week for part-time and flexible scheduling available.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based support to children.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by supervising BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills.
• Accurately track data and progress in real-time.
• Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home.
• Attend staff meetings and ongoing clinical training.

• Competitive pay:$18-23/hour, based on experience and location

• Flexible schedules: Choose from morning, afternoon, or early evening shifts

• Full-time and part-time roles available (minimum 15 hours/week)

• Mileage reimbursement for in-home services

What You'll Do:

• Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA

• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills

• Accurately track data and progress in real-time

• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training

Scheduling & Compensation

• $18-23/hourdepending on qualifications
