Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy in Holland, MI and surrounding areas. You will work under supervision to implement treatment plans and help children develop communication and social skills.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certificate, have ASD experience, and possess a valid driver’s license. Mileage reimbursement is provided, with a clear path for BCBA mentorship and professional growth within Akoya's clinician-led team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or eligibility with ongoing support.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with ABA data collection and progress tracking is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with families and clinicians.
• Background check clearance required by program standards.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills
• Accurately track data and progress in real-time
• Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments
• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training
