Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking Caring, dependable people to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You’ll work one-on-one with children with autism, helping them learn new skills, build confidence, and become more independent.

Training and certification support are provided, with supervision from our clinical team. A hands-on role in homes or centers, you’ll spend days teaching communication and daily living skills, following BCBA plans, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Must have the physical stamina and mobility to actively engage with children, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 45 pounds, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in homes or at Akoya centers.
• Follow treatment plans developed by supervising BCBA.
• Track progress and complete session notes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and teammates to help each child succeed.

Education
