Job summary

Autumn ABA seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to work with a preschool client in New Jersey. The role is in-home, after school hours, with a focus on delivering ABA therapy and maintaining data and notes under supervision.

You should have a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position offers a flexible schedule, potential travel compensation, and competitive hourly pay. Expect 10–15 hours weekly with weekdays and some weekend coverage.

Autumn ABA offers high-quality ABA services to families throughout New Jersey. We seek a part-time registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a preschool-aged client with autism for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours. Your responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)
• Experience working with young children (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25-35 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
