Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy provides ABA therapy for children with Autism. Therapists work with families, offering high-quality in-home, 1:1 therapy to ages 1-21, under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and a supportive environment with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as required per program.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.

We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, as well as Behavior Technicians (BTs).The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care.

At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each BT, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $19.00- $30.00 per hour.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

What is an ABA Therapist - Behavior Therapist?

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Behavior Therapist uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.
