Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in the United States, Arizona, is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians and therapists to join our in-home 1:1 ABA program for children with Autism. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement ABA interventions, track progress and maintain clear communication with families.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other certifications as required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
• Comfortable working in a team environment, or independently depending on program.

About Succeed ABA:

Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, as well as Behavior Technicians (BTs). The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care.

At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each BT, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $18.00- $26.00 per hour.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.
