Succeed ABA Therapy is a leading ABA therapy provider delivering in-home 1:1 therapy to children with Autism, ages 1-21. We hire experienced and entry-level Behavior Therapists and Behavior Technicians to join our dedicated team.

Qualifications

What is an ABA Therapist - Behavior Therapist?

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Behavior Therapist uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.

What you need:

• Must have ABA experience
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as required per program
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
