Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking Behavior Therapists to provide in-home ABA interventions under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, coordinate with program staff, and communicate with families to support skill development in children with autism.

About Succeed ABA

Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, as well as Behavior Technicians (BTs).The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care. At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each BT, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $18.00- $27.00 per hour. Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Behavior Therapist uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.
