Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (CC)/Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to coordinate clinical activities at the Wound Care Center. You will work with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet center objectives and help ensure optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and DOH guidelines, and advancing quality improvement initiatives in a patient care environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and maintain through employment.
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred.
• One year RN experience required; two+ years preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center and provide case management as needed.
• Oversee clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and other allied staff.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director to meet center objectives and quality indicators.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, DOH, and hospital policies.
• Support staff development and program budgeting and coordination.
• May participate in vein care coordination and other center initiatives.
