Job summary

Stanbridge University in Irvine, CA seeks an experienced Assistant Program Director for the BSN program. You will support program operations, faculty performance, curriculum implementation, and student outcomes, reporting to the Program Director.

You will drive academic quality, compliance, and a strong student learning environment through data-informed decisions and collaborative leadership, contributing to ongoing program improvement and student success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution with coursework in nursing, education, or administration.
• Current, active RN license in California (BRN).
• 3+ years leadership in nursing education; 3+ years as full-time faculty; 1+ year online/hybrid teaching; 4+ years RN patient care in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Support daily BSN program operations including student advisement and clinical oversight.
• Collaborate with Program Director to align goals with accreditation standards.
• Contribute to program evaluation through data analysis and outcome tracking.
• Support faculty recruitment, onboarding, development, and evaluation.
• Assist in curriculum development and ensure quality across delivery and outcomes.
• Monitor student performance and NCLEX outcomes; promote ATI data-driven interventions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and accreditation requirements; prepare reports.
