Job summary

Stanbridge University in Riverside, CA, seeks an experienced Assistant Program Director for the BSN program to oversee operations, faculty development, curriculum alignment with BRN standards, and student outcomes.

You will partner with the Program Director, analyze data to drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and support NCLEX outcomes while fostering a collaborative, high-quality learning environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher with coursework in nursing, education, or administration.
• Current, active RN license in California (BRN).
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in a nursing education program or related discipline.
• Minimum of three years as full-time faculty in a pre-/post-licensure nursing program.
• Minimum of one year teaching in online or hybrid learning environment.
• Minimum of four years of continuous full-time RN patient care within past five years.

Responsibilities

• Lead BSN program operations and clinical education oversight in collaboration with the Program Director.
• Support faculty recruitment, onboarding, development, and evaluation per guidelines.
• Assist curriculum development and evaluation aligning with BRN and institutional standards.
• Monitor student performance, progression, and program outcomes to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and institutional requirements and prepare required reports.
