Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in nursing, education, or administration.
• Current, active RN license in California (BRN).
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a nursing education program or related discipline.
• 3+ years of full-time faculty in a pre- or post-licensure nursing program.
• 1+ year teaching in online or hybrid learning environments.
• 4+ years of continuous RN direct patient care within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership and oversee daily operations of the VN program, including student advisement and clinical education oversight.
• Support faculty recruitment, onboarding, development, and evaluation per accreditation guidelines.
• Assist in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation aligned with BVNPT and institutional standards.
• Monitor student performance and progression; support strategies to improve retention and licensure readiness.
• Ensure adherence to institutional policies and accreditation requirements; prepare reports and communications with accrediting agencies.
