Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with current and unencumbered licensure.
• MSN degree required.
• Must meet RN board requirements in the state of work.
• Experience mentoring students and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate nursing instruction and evaluate student learning in clinicals, labs, or SCEs.
• Supervise and debrief students in lab, clinical, or simulated settings.
• Maintain attendance, FERPA-compliant records, and timely grade submission.
• Plan and supervise student clinical experiences in health care facilities.
• Provide timely feedback on clinical performance.
