Job summary

Unitek Learning in Reno, NV seeks an experienced RN with an MSN to join our nursing faculty. You will facilitate clinicals, labs, and simulated experiences, ensuring students meet course competencies and outcomes.

You will supervise, evaluate, and mentor students, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with fellow instructors to prepare exams and final evaluations, while staying current with licensure and safety standards.

Qualifications

• RN with current, unencumbered licensure.
• MSN degree required.
• Experience in nursing education and mentoring students.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instruction for clinicals, labs, and SCEs per syllabus.
• Supervise and evaluate students in lab, clinical, SCE.
• Be available to students via email, phone, or conferences.
• Meet all classes and scheduled responsibilities (clinical hours, meetings).
• Ensure classrooms, labs, and conference rooms are kept clean and orderly.
• Submit required program reports and maintain accurate attendance and grades.
• Plan and supervise student clinical experiences in health facilities.
• Provide feedback on clinical performance after observations.
