Job summary

Unitek Learning Education Group Corp. is seeking a Nursing Faculty member to join its expanding program in Reno. You will collaborate with instructors, prepare and grade examinations, supervise clinical experiences, and help shape instructional quality across nursing courses.

Candidates must hold a valid RN license and a Master of Nursing or higher. Training is provided; teaching experience not required. Full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision, vacation, holidays, 401K, and tuition

Qualifications

Active RN license per State Board requirements.
Master of Nursing or higher degree from an accredited college or university.
No prior teaching experience required; faculty development provided.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with instructors to prepare, administer, and grade exams.
Ensure class attendance and accurate recording of grades.
Plan and supervise student clinical experiences in healthcare facilities.
Assist with orientation and training of new faculty in theory and clinical settings.
Utilize teaching methods suited to adult learners and online enhancements.
Maintain student records and submit program reports to the program Director.
Stay updated with safety regulations and new technologies.
