Job summary

Unitek Learning seeks an experienced registered nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing to educate and mentor students in nursing programs. You will facilitate clinicals, labs, and simulated experiences, evaluate learning outcomes, and ensure FERPA compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising students, maintaining attendance/grades, and collaborating with faculty to ensure high-quality instruction and program success. Perks support professional growth.

Qualifications

• 4 years of RN experience with current licensure.
• MSN required.
• Ability to meet RN board faculty requirements where employed.
• Experience mentoring students and strong verbal/written communication.
• Background in teaching methods and current clinical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instruction and evaluate student learning in clinicals, labs, and SCEs.
• Supervise, debrief, and assess students in lab/clinical settings.
• Maintain communication with students via email/phone/conferences.
• Meet classes and scheduled responsibilities; inform leadership if conflicts.
• Ensure classrooms and labs are clean and orderly after events.
• Assist in grading, attendance, and FERPA compliance.
• Collaborate with instructors on exams and final evaluations.
• Plan and supervise student clinical experiences in facilities.
