Position requires Red Cross emergency certifications, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, and weekends. Training and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-12 months of leadership experience
• Minimum 3-6 months of customer service experience
• Minimum 6-12 months of working within a team

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Bronco Student Center as shift lead
• Coordinate staff shift changes and supervise on-duty personnel
• Develop and implement operational strategies for BSC use
• Enforce BSC rules and safety regulations
• Provide emergency care and support until EMS arrives
• Maintain accurate incident and activity reports
• Assist in orientations and trainings related to operations
