Qualifications

• American Red Cross First Aid, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and Administering Emergency Oxygen certification (training provided within 30 days).
• Experience in event support, recreation, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to react calmly in stressful situations.
• Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional work conduct and ability to work with diverse student populations.
• Proficiency with computer word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event setup and breakdown of furniture, acting as on-site contact.
• Enforce event policies and communicate procedures to clients.
• Provide welcoming, high-quality customer service to event attendees.
• Respond to client inquiries and manage expectations.
• Refresh rooms between events and assist with check-in and line management.
• Maintain inventory of event equipment and ensure storage areas stay clean.
