Job summary

Seed Labs is seeking a BSA/AML Compliance Analyst to build and maintain the compliance infrastructure for our investment platform. You’ll contribute across KYC/AML operations, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting, ensuring we stay ahead of obligations as we scale.

This role is a mix of operational work and analytics: review investor onboarding workflows, investigate alerts, and file SARs and CTRs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in BSA/AML compliance.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and FinCEN reporting.
• Experience with KYC/CDD/EDD processes.
• Familiarity with transaction monitoring tools.
• Strong ability to document investigative findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day BSA/AML compliance operations including KYC reviews, enhanced due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.
• Investigate alerts from transaction monitoring systems and escalate suspicious activity as needed.
• Prepare and file SARs, CTRs, and other regulatory reports with FinCEN.
• Maintain and improve our KYC/AML policies and procedures to reflect evolving regulations and business growth.
• Conduct risk assessments on new investors, entities, and fund structures.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to improve compliance tooling and investor onboarding workflows.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized documentation and audit trails.
• Stay current on BSA/AML regulatory developments and assess their impact on our operations.
