Job summary

Legend Bank is seeking a BSA/AML Analyst to support the BSA/AML Officer in maintaining the Bank’s Compliance Management System. This entry-level role offers the chance to develop expertise in BS/AML and OFAC compliance, with responsibilities spanning onboarding to ongoing monitoring and reporting.

You will review alerts, investigate transactions, and assist with CIP/CDD reviews while staying current on applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of progressively responsible banking experience; BSA/AML regulatory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Review monitoring alerts and SARs; investigate suspicious activity.
• Assist with customer reviews and escalation as needed.
• Monitor customer and transaction activity for BSA/AML concerns.
• Perform CIP, CDD, and Beneficial Ownership reviews.
• Assist in CTR preparation and watchlist screening reviews.
• Support regulatory reporting, audits, and examinations.
