Job summary

CTB seeks a BSA Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day BSA/AML and Sanctions functions. You will own onboarding, monitoring, screening, investigations, and reporting while scaling the analyst team as the Trust Bank grows. Build and mature a finance-crimes function at the AI/stablecoins frontier.

You will shape processes, supervise a growing team, and report to the Chief Compliance Officer/BSA Officer as CTB expands its regulated fintech activities and AI-enabled banking initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on BSA/AML/Sanctions experience with CIP/CDD/EDD, monitoring, OFAC, and SAR filing.
• Strong command of BSA, FinCEN regs, OFAC, funds-transfer and Travel Rule recordkeeping.
• Experience operating or tuning monitoring and screening systems with case workflows.
• Clear, examination-ready documentation and strong investigative judgment.
• Comfort building processes in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments.

Responsibilities

• Own client onboarding: conduct KYC onboarding and due diligence for new clients.
• Run ongoing monitoring: manage risk-based CDD refresh and transaction monitoring.
• Operate sanctions screening and reporting within compliance gates.
• Investigate suspicious activity and own regulatory reporting and board updates.
• Maintain funds-transfer and Travel Rule compliance across all transactions.
• Design and deliver BSA/AML training; support training for management and Board.
• Supervise and grow the BSA/AML analyst team and support audits.
