Job summary

Cambridge Savings Bank seeks a BSA Analyst to ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, AML, and related risk-mitigation priorities. The role involves monitoring transactions, filing reports, and conducting investigations to support regulatory requirements and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of banking/research/investigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act/AML fundamentals.
• Demonstrated analytical and writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash transactions for BSA compliance and flag suspicious activity.
• Ensure Currency Transaction Reports are completed per regulations and maintain supporting documentation.
• Conduct investigations and present findings from transaction reviews and trends.
• Perform customer due diligence reviews and document analyses for AML purposes.
• Research and resolve enhanced due diligence cases and potential matches to watchlists.
• Participate in seminars/trainings to stay updated on regulatory trends.
