Southeast Bank in Ten Mile, TN seeks a BSA Analyst responsible for ensuring compliance with BSA/AML policies and federal regulations. You will support CTRs, SARs, CIP, CDD, and OFAC processes, and assist with investigations and high-risk reviews.

Formación

• Proven BSA/OFAC/fraud experience in a banking environment.
• Excellent communication skills in professional settings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in investigations.
• Experience with Verafin or similar BSA monitoring software.
• BS degree in finance or related field; professional certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with alert workload and monitor suspicious activity patterns and fraud.
• Conduct SAR investigations and high-risk reviews, escalating when needed.
• Perform 90-day SAR follow-up reviews and recommendations.
• Participate in ongoing BSA/AML/OFAC training and regulatory updates.
• Monitor OFAC alerts, 314(a)/314(b) requests, and CTR preparation.
• Help maintain BSA program documentation and record retention.
