Wilson Bank & Trust in Lebanon, TN is seeking a BSA AML Analyst I to help identify money laundering risks and ensure regulatory compliance. You will review CTRs, monitor AML alerts, and assist with SARs while supporting the BSA program under the BSA Manager.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in BSA, banking, financial crimes investigation, or compliance preferred.
• Basic understanding of BSA requirements and AML concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard software.
• Ability to work with high detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review CTRs and core reports for potential suspicious activity.
• Monitor AML alerts and investigate potential money laundering or financial crimes.
• Assist in preparing SARs and CTRs as needed.
• Support 314(a) searches and due diligence reviews.
• Assist in BSA risk assessments and audits.
