Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; at least two years of banking experience.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML, compliance, internal audit and banking operations, procedures, and data processing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assists with BSA/AML reports including CTRs and SARs, with detailed narratives of customer activity.
• Reviews OFAC alerts and other customer activity for risk and responds appropriately.
• Reviews consumer and business questionnaires for accuracy; assigns customer risk ratings and review schedules.
• Performs enhanced due diligence reviews for high-risk customers and analyzes BSA risk factors.
• Analyzes information to determine a customer's risk profile and communicates findings.
• Follows up on BSA/AML reports to ensure accuracy before submission.
• Attends BSA/AML and OFAC training to stay current on regulatory expectations.
• Responds to BSA/AML questions from staff and escalates advanced questions as needed.
