Wilson Bank & Trust in Lebanon, TN seeks a BSA AML Analyst I to support the Bank Secrecy Act program. You will help identify risks, monitor compliance, and assist in investigating money laundering and financial crimes to protect customers and the institution.

The role involves reviewing CTRs, monitoring AML alerts, and preparing SARs as needed, reporting to the BSA Manager. A basic BSA knowledge base and willingness to learn Verafin are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience in BSA, banking, financial crimes investigation, or compliance preferred
• Basic understanding of BSA requirements
• Knowledge of or ability to learn Verafin

Responsabilités

• Assist in identifying risks and monitoring compliance with BSA/AML requirements.
• Review, complete, and submit Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs).
• Review CTRs and core reports for potential suspicious activity.
• Monitor alerts through AML software for potential suspicious activity.
• Investigate potential money laundering and terrorist financing activity.
• Prepare and assist with Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
• Assist with Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews.
