The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in banking compliance or risk management, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This onsite position in Nashville offers full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Education preferred, bachelor's degree; equivalent banking experience considered.
• 3–5 years in banking/compliance/audit/risk management.
• Knowledge of federal consumer protection regulations and banking laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering CMS to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support monitoring, change management, policy maintenance, complaint handling, testing.
• Identify compliance risks and propose corrective actions.
