Job summary

The Estate Yountville in Yountville, CA is seeking a brunch-focused front-of-house team member to elevate guest experiences. You will engage with guests, support service flow, and keep the dining room and bar polished and fully stocked.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, valid Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler certifications, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced upscale setting. Saturday and Sunday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; upscale dining experience preferred.
• Valid Alcohol Awareness Certification; must meet state regulations.
• Valid Food Handlers Certification; must meet state regulations.
• Strong communication skills for clear guest interactions.
• Ability to assess situations and make quick decisions.
• Capable of performing well in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest-first service and support a memorable dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room, bar, and service areas.
• Assist with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service flow.
• Stock supplies, glassware, utensils, and service stations for servers/bartenders.
• Possess working knowledge of food, beverage, and wine offerings.
• Navigate the POS system and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties with attention to detail.
• Work cohesively with the entire team and understand layout/flow.
• Maintain required certifications as required by state/county.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
