Job summary

The Estate Yountville is seeking friendly front-of-house staff for Clementine’s brunch service in Yountville, CA. You’ll deliver guest-first service, maintain a polished dining room, and support servers and bartenders during busy brunch shifts on weekends.

Requirements include a high school diploma, Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler certifications, strong communication, and the ability to perform well in fast-paced settings while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; upscale dining experience preferred.
• Valid Alcohol Awareness Certification (must meet state regulations).
• Valid Food Handlers Certification (must meet state regulations).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to assess situations and make quick, accurate decisions.
• Capable of performing well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Weekend brunch availability, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest-first service and support a memorable dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room, bar, and service areas.
• Assist with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service flow throughout the shift.
• Stock supplies, glassware, utensils, and service stations for servers and bartenders.
• Possess working knowledge of food, beverage, and wine offerings appropriate to role.
• Navigate the POS system and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Execute opening, closing, and side work duties with attention to detail.
• Understand the layout and flow of the restaurant and work cohesively with the team.
• Maintain all required certifications, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler Safety.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
