You’ll manage the expo line, assist in final dish prep, and help ensure fast, accurate service for a memorable guest experience. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee final touches on brunch items before delivery to guests.
• Manage the expo line and prioritize orders for efficient flow from expo to kitchen.
• Assist teammates in quick, accurate delivery of prepared food.
• Identify and remove obstacles in service, prep lines, or dishwashing.
• Inspect for quality and sanitation standards and assist in cleaning tasks.
• Communicate important information between kitchen and wait staff and handle guest requests.
