Job summary

Hash Kitchen in Draper, UT is seeking an Expo/Food Runner to join our brunch-forward team. You will add final touches to brunch items, manage the expo line, and help ensure smooth order flow from the kitchen to guests.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided, with a base wage plus tips. We offer health, dental and vision coverage, career growth and a strong training program to develop skills and advance within Hash Kitchen.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• No previous experience needed; on-the-job training provided.
• Understanding of food safety.

• Knowledgeable about the menu and products.

Responsibilities

• Add final touches to brunch items before delivery.
• Manage the expo line and ensure correct priority of orders.
• Ensure efficient flow from squad to kitchen.
• Assist in final prep of dishes for accuracy, presentation and temperature.
• Transfer information between kitchen and wait staff and handle guest requests.
