Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Brunch Cook to join our Williamstown, MA team. You will prepare and cook brunch and breakfast items to order, read tickets, and ensure meals meet recipes and presentation standards.

You’ll support the Executive Chef with prep, inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen while following safety guidelines. Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork are essential to keep brunch service running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the kitchen and prep areas are properly set up, stocked, and ready for brunch service.
• Preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch menu items in a timely and professional manner.
• Reading and executing food tickets accurately during busy service periods.
• Maintaining consistency in food quality, portioning, presentation, and preparation.
• Assisting with food prep and inventory and reporting discrepancies to management.
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Demonstrating strong time management and the ability to prioritize during high-volume service.
• Using problem-solving skills to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
