Belmont University is seeking a Student Employee to support Bruin Card Services and Auxiliary Services. The role includes front-line customer service, helping with physical and mobile Bruin Cards, and basic tech support for students, faculty, and staff.
Schedule is flexible around classes; preference for a minimum of 8 hours per week between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Prior customer service or office experience is a plus, with training provided.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in customer service, technology support, and university operations while serving as a front‑line representative for Bruin Card Services within Auxiliary Services. Student workers provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff while supporting the University's ID card program.
Scheduling is flexible around class commitments; however, preference will be given to students who can work a minimum of 8 hours per week between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Must be a currently enrolled Belmont University student.
Previous customer service or office experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
