Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by delivering personalized waxing and makeup services in the Brow Bar.

You will book appointments, perform waxing, tinting, and demonstrations, and maintain hygiene and stock in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires an esthetics or cosmetology license, strong guest service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law
• Experience in makeup application; eyebrow/facial waxing, tweezing, tinting preferred
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work
• Strong guest service and sales skills

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet, engage, and personalize service for guests.
• Perform brow bar services: waxing, tinting, threading, lash apps.
• Book appointments using the system for initial and return services.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of Brow Bar and surrounding areas.
