Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert (Arch Expert) who will maximize sales for the Benefit brand by engaging guests, performing brow and facial services, and demonstrating products. You will represent the brand’s image and support the Experience Manager with a focus on service, people, and processes.

The role requires an esthetics or cosmetology license (where required by law) and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

High school diploma is preferred.
Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.
Experience in make-up application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred.
Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.
Demonstrates significant competency in sales, products, and service.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
Engage guests and personalize service to their needs and recommend products and services.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
Book guests’ appointments for initial services, return services, and events.
Maintain Brow Bar area, stock, and hygiene compliance.
Follow safety, sanitation, and state board guidelines.
Collaborate with store teams to grow the business.
