Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert (Arch Expert) to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, performing brow and facial services, and building strong client relationships. The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license and a customer‑first mindset.

Responsibilities include conducting makeup applications and demonstrations, booking appointments, maintaining Brow Bar standards, and collaborating with store teams to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active license in Esthetics or Cosmetology as required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application, waxing, tweezing, and brow tinting is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and ability to learn product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales for Benefit brand by engaging guests and assessing needs.
• Perform brow waxing and other short services at Brow Bar.
• Book appointments and drive guest loyalty and service metrics.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Brow Bar and surrounding area.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and safety standards.
