Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert (Arch Expert) to maximize Benefit brand sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store. The role requires a cosmetology or esthetics license where required by law, strong sales, and the ability to perform waxing, tinting, and makeup services.

You will book appointments, demonstrate services, and maintain a welcoming Brow Bar environment while staying compliant with safety and brand policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law where applicable.
• Experience in makeup application and waxing is preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment used to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and service goals for Benefit brand.
• Greet guests and personalize service, recommending products and services.
• Perform brow waxing, tinting, tweezing, and lash applications per policy.
• Book appointments via the system for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Brow Bar and surrounding areas.
• Attend brand trainings and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to grow the business.
