Qualifications

• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and service goals for the Benefit brand.
• Greet and engage guests, tailor services, and recommend products.
• Perform Brow Bar services: eyebrow waxing, facial waxing, tinting, etc.
• Book and manage guest appointments for services and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards; follow state board guidelines.
• Attend brand trainings and maintain guest relationships and loyalty.
