Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and service goals for Benefit brand and store metrics.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, lash applications, and threading.
• Book appointments for initial and return services and events.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and professional appearance in accordance with policy.
