Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend complementary products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and brow/eye services to drive sales.
• Book appointments for initial and return services and manage the Brow Bar area.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards and comply with policies.
