The role requires an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license, strong guest service skills, and the ability to learn product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in makeup applications and brow/tinting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform brow waxing, tinting, tweezing, lash applications.
• Engage guests to determine needs and drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of Brow Bar.
• Adhere to brand policies and safety guidelines.
